Insurance Coverage

Progressive Physical Therapy is a preferred ("in-network") provider for the following health insurance plans:

• Aetna
• Anthem Blue Cross 
• Blue Shield
• Cigna
• Medicare

Progressive Physical Therapy will bill your insurance company as a courtesy; however, you are responsible for payment of any deductibles and copays--if any--and any denied claims.  We suggest that prior to therapy you determine what your physical therapy benefits, deductibles, and co-pays are by calling the member number on the back of your insurance card.
